Shipping
All orders placed before 1:00 pm (AEST) on regular business days will be shipped on the same day, unless otherwise
informed. (If we can beat the mail/shipping deadlines for the day, we TRY to process ALL orders on the day they are
placed... regardless of the time!) All orders placed on holidays and on weekends will be shipped the first following
business day.
Order Confirmation
You will receive confirmation of your order immediately via email. We will also email you confirmation of shipping
date and your tracking number once your order is processed. All parcels can be tracked on Australia Post's Website
with the exception of any order valued under $30.00.

Prices are costed out on weight, size and distance. These parcels will be posted via Parcel Post
including a Tracking number with

Express Post (next day)
Australia
You have a choice to select Express Post Service at
Check-Out within our Shopping Cart. Please consider during Covid Australia
Post is not guaranteeing next day delivery, however, claim it's quicker
than Standard Post!
Signature on Delivery Australia
We post all parcels as "Authority to leave can be requested by receiver"
which means your parcel is not safe dropped, you can change this
yourself at Australia Post's tracking link.
International Shipping
Due to Covid-19 we are currently only shipping to
NZ, USA and Canada
Orders are shipped via Standard International from Australia, including
Tracking. From the shipping date your parcel should arrive
at your ship-to address within 6 to 10 business days, depending on
destination and delivery choice.
Shipping prices are calculated within the Shopping Cart and can be
clearly seen before deciding to purchase your product plus an option to
upgrade to EMS.
Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of
the country to which you have your order shipped. Any customs or duty
charges are always the responsibility of the recipient. Overseas shipping costs are not refundable in the event
the goods are returned for any reason.
Returns Refunds Exchanges
- Tell us how you want to handle the return
- Let us know why you are returning the item (for example: wrong size,
wrong item, didn't like colour, damaged in transit, etc.). In your
e-mail, please include your home address, your Order Reference # and/or
Invoice number.

If the item is not the correct size or does not meet the needs of your application, we will either exchange
your product or refund the cost of your item.
Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel is unclaimed and returned to us, we will give you the option
to either resend your parcel (the shipping fee will be recharged),
receive a refund or store credit. In the event that a refund is chosen, a
processing fee
of $9.00 may be charged. Freight costs will not
be refunded.
Requesting an Exchange

If you request a size exchange, it is your responsibility to pay the postage back to us, we
may pay shipping
charges for the item we exchange / ship back to you (ONCE ONLY within Australia only)
Internalional
We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items and all returned items will be refunded once they've been received. If you need a different size or colour of an item,
you will need to place a new order.

If the product is activated prior to returning it
for an exchange or refund, we must charge a 25% restocking fee.

Silver Eagle Outfitters offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on each item we sell with the exception of any
items listed below. We request that you please try on your product to verify the correct size prior to
activating the product for cooling.
DOES NOT COVER: accidental damage, improper care, laundering, negligence, animal attack, normal wear and tear i.e. quilting may show
signs of use which does not affect the overall cooling performance of the garment, nor does it cover the activation bag
your cooling product came with.
