Self Managed
Customer pays upfront and receives products straight away. Simply choose your product/s, you then pay for your items, we send you receipt of payment and you submit payment request through NDIS Portal to be reimbursed.
You will receive an automated email with an Order Ref Number. If you need to contact us please use the Order Ref number. This order summary is not your Tax Invoice/Receipt, we will send the correct Invoice you need for reimbursement.
Your parcel will mail either Standard Delivery or Express Post. These choices can be selected at Check-Out and we will send you Tracking Number via email.
NDIA / Agency Managed
Please note we will not be able to provide NDIA Managed Participants after 28th October, 2023.

Simply select your products, add them to our shopping cart and follow the prompts. To select payment method, scroll down and choose NDIS CUSTOMERS ONLY (this is On Account, you will not be charged). You will receive your Purchase NDIS Order Confirmation and will see further instructions i.e. NDIS AGENCY MANAGED - Please email your NDIS number and Date of Birth and include Our Order Ref: # plus how your plan is managed - AGENCY MANAGED.
We will contact you either by email or phone for confirmation before we create your Service Booking within the Portal. Once approved we will request payment for funds to be deposited into our Company Account from NDIA.
We will send a tracking Number to you when we ship your products plus your Paid Invoice.
Provider Plan Managed
No payment unfront and items cannot be received straight away. We will send your Plan Manager an Invoice who does your service booking for you and confirms with us if approved. We may then release your items or choose to wait until payment is received from your Plan Manager.
Simply select your products, add them to our shopping cart and follow the prompts. To select payment method scroll down and choose NDIS CUSTOMERS ONLY (this is On Account, you will not be charged). We will then create an Invoice, email it to your Plan Manager plus/or yourself.
This Invoice will remain Pending until confirmation of payment is received and we will then Post your Items and close Invoice.
We will send a tracking Number to you when we ship your products. This normally takes approximaly 14 days from the time we send your Plan Manager the Invoice.
